Do Not Sign It Without Your Own Lawyer
An agreement drafted by the other side's attorney was written to protect the other side. That is not a criticism of them, it is their job.
There is a second reason, and it matters to both of you: in New York, the absence of independent counsel on one side is one of the things a court will look at if the agreement is ever challenged. Having your own attorney review it protects you now, and it makes the agreement harder to attack later.

Pricing
Review starts at $799. Longer agreements, and agreements requiring negotiation with opposing counsel, are subject to a higher fee. You will know your number before any work begins.
If the Wedding Is Close
Same Day Prenup: for an additional $200, your agreement is turned around the same day. Say so when you call and we will confirm availability before you commit.
