Why Not a $699 Discount Document Service
An unenforceable prenuptial agreement is worse than no agreement, because you relied on it. New York courts have set aside agreements over defects in disclosure, execution, and the handling of maintenance provisions. Recent New York case law has raised the bar on how a prenuptial agreement must address spousal maintenance in order to hold up.
A document service cannot advise you on any of that. It produces a form. The difference shows up years later, at the exact moment the agreement is supposed to protect you.
